Yes. At Wonderland Bridal, we offer a personalized experience. Scheduling an appointment allows us to prepare a private dressing room and fitting area for you and your guests along with a dedicated stylist to assist you. Walk-in appointments are welcomed but a fitting room area to try on dresses is not guaranteed.

Once you arrive, you will be greeted by your stylist who will usher you to your fitting area where you will settle in for a quick chat. This gives us time to get to know you, discuss your wedding details, venue, dress style preference and price point so we may guide you on finding your dream dress. Your stylist will select dresses and bring them over to add or remove from the fitting room based on your feedback. They will then help you in your private fitting room with getting dresses on and off. Since wedding dresses are structured differently than everyday clothes, having someone to assist certainly helps.

Expect your appointment to last a fun-filled hour and a half. Be sure to arrive on time in order to have use of the entire appointment time.

Bridal appointments at Wonderland Bridal are free of charge! Please keep in mind that we are reserving this time especially for you. A private fitting area and a stylist will be reserved to personally assist you for up to two hours. Please give us a courtesy 48-hour notice if you are unable to make it so that we may offer the opening to another bride.

Bring your top decision makers! While we understand how important it is to want to include your entire inner circle during this special time, this is not necessarily the way to go when it comes to shopping for your bridal gown. We encourage you to set yourself up for a stress-free time and really focus on who your key decision makers are, whose opinions matter most and whose stamp of approval is needed. Whether that is Mom, sister, best friend, Dad, fiancé, no one? Every bride is different. In our experience, too many opinions can be overwhelming for a bride, and we pride ourselves in offering the best experience! You should also know that, statistically speaking, over 70% of brides find their dress with us on their first visit so come with an open mind! All appointments are limited to the bride and 3 guests. Exceptions can be made for weekday appointments.

Other than your key decision makers and an open mind, there is not much you will need. Most of our dresses have a built-in corset so a bra is not needed. However, if you feel more comfortable keeping one on, we recommend a nude strapless bra. Underwear is required. You will be standing on a 5” pedestal, therefore, shoes are not needed.

Our price range for special order gowns starts at around $1300 through $3,000 with the average being between $1500-$2200. Our sample sale dress section with gowns available for purchase off-the-rack starts at $599.

We carry 6 gorgeous collections in store including Stella York, Justin Alexander, Lillian West, Sincerity Bridal, All Who Wander and our private label collection, Ava Grace.

If there is a specific dress you have your eye on, contact us with the designer’s name and style number and we will be able to let you know if it’s in store or if we have a similar look. We also have the option to request a loaner dress from the designer in case we do not carry a sample of it.

A year in advance is our go-to recommendation. Special order gowns can take between 4-6 months to arrive, and you will need an additional couple of months for alterations.

If you’re tight on time, we have options! Browse our amazing collection of sample sale dresses available for purchase off-the-rack and available to take home same day! Some of our designers also keep hanging stock at their US warehouses which can be ordered with a much faster delivery date. Lastly, rush order options are available on specific styles.

Depending on the style, we can order a dress with a 10-week rush for an additional fee. We are happy to help you determine if a rush is needed.

Our sample gowns range from a bridal size 10 to 30. We can order gowns in bridal sizes 00-34. Plus size trunk shows are hosted in store twice a year with samples ranging in size from 20-34 available to try on. Call or email us for details on these special events.

Wedding gowns can be altered down about 2 sizes without compromising the look of the dress. We are happy to thoroughly discuss all the sizing options and make sure you are confident with the size selected prior to ordering your dress.

All wedding gown sales, including off-the-rack, are final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once a contract has been signed and a deposit has been received.

The sooner you can check off items from your list, the less stress you will have during your wedding planning process. Ordering your accessories with your gown will ensure you have them for your hair trial! Our stylists are happy to accessorize your bridal look during your bridal appointment if time permits. You can also schedule a styling appointment to return on a different day and focus only on accessories. We recommend allowing 2-3 months for special orders.

We have payment options available to help. A minimum deposit of 60% is required to place an order. The balance can be financed or paid at the time of pick up.
