Why do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

At Wonderland Bridal Couture, we offer personalized service. Scheduling an appointment allows us to prepare for your appointment and give you the best experience you deserve as a bride. We want to make sure we have a dressing room and bridal stylist available to assist you. 

How long is my wedding gown appointment?
Expect your appointment to last a fun filled hour and a half. Be sure you arrive on time to ensure you have use of the entire appointment. 

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring pictures of dresses you've seen on our website, in magazines, online or that you've tried on elsewhere. We recommend bringing proper undergarments that you might wear on your wedding day. Bring family, friends and cameras. Make this a memorable and exciting event for everyone. Lastly, bring an open mind!

Is there a cost associated with an appointment?

No, it does not cost to schedule an appointment with Wonderland Bridal. You can, however, upgrade your appointment to a VIP Bridal Experience. A VIP Bridal Experience appointment includes 2.5 hours of private shopping time on the first Sunday of each month (*subject to availability), a personal bridal stylist, refreshments, champagne, snacks and a super cute Swag Bag filled with our preferred vendor promos, exclusive to Wonderland Bridal Couture brides. You also receive 10% off all accessory purchases. The cost for a VIP Bridal Experience appointment is $250 payable at the time of scheduling. $100 is applied towards the purchase of your gown! 

Who should I bring to my appointment and how many people may I bring with me?
Bring the closest friend or family member(s) whose opinion you value the most and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your gown with. For a regular bridal appointment, we recommend you keep your entourage small. We can accommodate 4-5 guests. For VIP Bridal Experience appointments, you can bring up to 10 guests.

My wedding is next year. Is it too early to choose my dress?

It's never too early to try on wedding gowns. Falling in love with a dress can be instant or take more time. It is better to find the gown early so you can focus on other details.

How long in advance do I need to order my gown?
Typically you should place your order no less than 5 to 6 months before your wedding. We do have rush shipping options on select styles for an additional fee.

What is the price range for your wedding dresses?

Our gowns range between $1000-$4500. We also offer discontinued gowns at a discounted price as well as sales and promotions during trunk shows and sale weekends. 

What size gowns are available for me to try on?

Our sample gowns range from a size 6 to a 26. We can order gowns in sizes 00-32.

Can I book my wedding gown appointment and one for my bridesmaids at the same time?

When the bride is in our salon for her appointment, she is our primary focus. We are happy to schedule your bridesmaids for another time.
